If you use the Vision+ Service, information is automatically collected such as your location as well as your activity on the site or application. Information will be collected through cookies & other technologies. We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site or our applications. This data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages on the Site you visited, the time and date you visited, the time you spent on those pages, and other statistics.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Vision+ Service or Vision+ advertisements published outside the Vision+ Service and to monitor all usage by our Users and web traffic on the Vision+ Service.

We use the information we collect from and about you to provide the Vision+ Services and features to you, including: to measure and improve the Vision+ Services and those features; to improve your experience with the Vision+ Service by sending you content that you find appropriate and interesting, including advertising and marketing messages so that we can send you news regarding the Vision+ Service, details about the latest videos, features, and content available on the Vision+ Service; to provide you with customer assistance (for example via email, notifications, and SMS).

4. DOES ANYONE ELSE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM OR ABOUT YOU?

Affiliates: We share information about you among the Vision+ family of companies for data processing, storage, customer assistance, and other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

5. HOW DOES VISION+ PROTECT THE INFORMATION THEY COLLECT FROM YOU?

We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard the information in our possession from loss, theft, misuse, disclosure, and modification. For example, passwords and other sensitive information are encrypted in transit. However, please note that there is always a possibility that a breach in the transmission or storage of data may occur.

6. DOES VISION+ SOLICIT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 17?

Vision+ understands the importance of taking precautions to protect the safety of children using the Service. Vision+ will not allow registration or subscribers of anyone under the age of 17.

7. HOW TO DELETE YOUR VISION+ ACCOUNT?

You can delete your Vision+ account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, or via the accessible link on the account page. If you registered a Vision+ account using a telephone number, you can delete your account by contacting customer service via WhatsApp +62-888 800 0001. If you registered using an email, submit an account deletion request to ccare@visionplus.id.

8. HOW TO REFUSE NOTIFICATION FROM US?

If you no longer wish to receive certain communications from us via email or SMS, access the settings page in the “Your Account” section or click the “unsubscribe” link in the email.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

Vision+ has its head office in the Republic of Indonesia. If you view Content or use Vision+ Services, information from or about you is subject to the laws of Indonesia.

11. WHEN WILL VISION+ CHANGE THIS PRIVACY POLICY?

This Privacy Policy has been in effect since March 15, 2016. We reserve the right to change it at any time. Your continued use of Vision+ Services constitutes your agreement to comply with any changes.

12. LOGIN / REGISTER USING FACEBOOK & DELETE ACCOUNT

12A. Login / Register Using Facebook: Open the Vision+ app or website, click Log in or Register, then select Log in with Facebook. Vision+ only collects your email address.

12B. Account Deletion: You can delete your Vision+ account following the steps provided earlier. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for account deletion requests.
