Affiliates: We share information about you among the Vision+ family of companies as needed for: data processing and storage; provide you with access to our Services; provide customer assistance; make decisions regarding the improvement of the Service; Content development; and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy; Payment Method Providers: We use third party payment processors and they will use your payment information, such as credit card number, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods; to retrieve customer account information; to determine whether a customer is eligible for a particular promotion; and to detect abuse of the Vision+ Service. Other Platforms: Vision+ services are available through internet websites or other platforms operated by other companies. When you enter payment information (such as credit card information on our order forms), we encrypt that information using secure industry standard protocols for payment transmission to help protect the payment information you submit to us. Despite these efforts, please note that there is always a possibility that a breach in the transmission or storage of data may occur. We want you to feel confident in our security when using the Vision+ Service, as we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information from or about you 100%.
Vision+ understands the importance of taking precautions to protect the safety of children using the Service. Vision+ will not allow registration or subscribers of anyone under the age of 17.
You can delete your Vision+ account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, or via the accessible link on the account page. Paid subscribers must cancel their subscription before they can delete their account. Please note, once you delete your account, we may retain some information from or about you in accordance with applicable laws. If you registered a Vision+ account using a telephone number, you can delete your account by contacting customer service via WhatsApp +62-888 800 0001. Send an email with the subject “Visionplus account deletion”. After the email is sent, you will get a confirmation email reply before deleting the account. Reply to the confirmation email with “YES”.
If you no longer wish to receive certain communications from us via email or SMS, you can simply access the email and text message settings page in the “Your Account” section of our website and uncheck to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can click the “unsubscribe” link in the email or reply to STOP (or as instructed) in the SMS message. Please note that you may not opt out of receiving certain email correspondence from us, such as messages relating to your account transactions. You can choose to receive mobile notifications from Vision+. If you later decide to no longer receive these notifications, you can use the settings function of your mobile device to turn off notifications.
This Privacy Policy has been in effect since March 15, 2016 and will remain in effect as long as there are no future changes, which will take effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and you must check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Vision+ Services following any changes to the Privacy Policy on this page, constitutes your acknowledgment of those changes and your agreement to comply with and be bound by the new Privacy Policy. Open Vision+ app or visit Vision+ website on www.visionplus.id, click Log in or Register, then select Log in with Facebook. If you're already logged into your Facebook account, a new window will appear requesting permission to access your Facebook profile. Click "Continue" to proceed. But, If you haven't logged into Facebook on your device, you'll need to enter your Facebook email/phone number and password. Once done, click “Log in” to continue. Facebook will then ask for permission to access your account.
Please notes, that Vision+ only collect your email address, and not others sensitive data. Vision+ use this email address as user login information, since our platform use email and, or phone number to be able to register user as our customer. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions regarding the use of the email registered on Facebook as a login option on the Vision+ platform, you can delete your data using the following steps (Point. 12B).
