Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") first before using the website visionplus.id ("Site"), Vision+ platforms and other features, such as features or content offered by Vision+ from time to time in connection with services. Vision+ (“Services”) operated by PT. MNC OTT Network (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Vision+ reserves the right to make changes to content and packages at any time. Users will not be notified of these changes. All content and packages remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to change in accordance with Vision+ policy. Your access to and use of the Service is deemed commensurate with your acceptance and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. 

By accessing or using the Service, it means that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments there to in the future, and to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (“Applicable Laws”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you will not be able to access the Service.  


DEFINITIONS 

  1. Vision+ is an Over-The-Top service established by MNC Media Group through its subsidiary, PT MNC. OTT Network. 
  2. Vision+ is a subscription service that provides subscribers with access to watch movies, TV series and Live TV (collectively, “Content”) that is streamed over the Internet to computers and other mobile devices. Our Services also provide information about these movies, TV series and Live TV (“Content Information”). 
  3. Users are every legal subject, both personal and legal entity that uses Vision+ for their own purposes and has agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions. 


CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Vision+ reserves the right to change/amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The user understands and agrees that such changes/amendments are automatically considered as part of these Terms and Conditions. You should read these Terms and Conditions regularly, as posted on the Vision+ Site and accessible via the link at the bottom of each page. In addition, you can also access these Terms and Conditions on all Vision+ applications. Changes /amendments to these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. By continuing to use the Site or Service after any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions. 

FEES 
You agree that Vision+ has the right to charge a subscription fee for each type of Service. We will notify you of any changes and/or increases in the subscription fee, including how to cancel your account or subscription if you refuse to make changes and/or increase in fees. If you continue to use the Service after the subscription fee has changed, then you are deemed to have agreed to the change in the subscription fee. If Vision+ suspends or terminates your account and/or access to the Service because you have violated the Terms and Conditions and Applicable Laws, then you are not entitled to a refund of the unused portion. 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND SUBCRIPTION PACKAGE 
Users who register to use the Vision+ Service must provide correct, complete and up-to-date information (hereinafter referred to as “Registration Information”). The provision of incorrect information is the full responsibility of the User and will be subject to the provisions of Indonesian law.
The user agrees that the account owned by the user is for personal use and not to be used by other parties.
To register and use the Vision+ Service, the User must be at least 17 (seventeen) years old at the time of registration.
Customers must purchase Vision+ package to continue and enjoy the Vision+ Premium Content.
Users may choose a plan to subscribe to our services on a monthly or yearly basis or at such other time as Vision+ determines (the “Package”). The package renewal option is automatically available for selection by the User and the User has the right to continue the Service.
The User is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the User's account and password to access the Service. For this matter, the User releases Vision+ from all lawsuits, claims and compensation of any kind resulting from the use of the User's account by other parties.
Vision+ will notify the User if there is a change to the Package. You will still have access to the Service until the end of the validity period of your Package, and a new subscription package will be available for selection after the expiration of your Package.
The User hereby waives all rights that may arise for the purposes of the User's administration in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
User hereby agrees and permits Vision+ to store and use User's personal data for the benefit of Vision+ and/or MNC Group and/or its affiliates.
The User agrees that any data and information filled in by the User including but not limited to electronic information and/or electronic documents and/or printouts stored in the Vision+ database are legal evidence that Vision+ can use for the benefit of the User.
The User agrees that if the User subscribes to the PayTV service (MNC Vision and/or MNC Play) he must register for the Vision+ Service to get the Live TV Premium benefit according to the PayTV package. PayTV subscribers must connect their Vision+ account with PayTV account in the “Connect” menu. The benefits will last as long as the customer is still subscribed to PayTV (MNC Vision and/or MNC Play). User agrees to subscribe to Vision+, then User agrees to comply with all Terms and Conditions of subscription to Vision+ and terms and conditions of Pay TV (MNC Vision and/or MNC Play).
 

CONTENT PLAYING FUNCTIONALITY 

Vision+ contents can be played natively in IOS & Android mobile applications, Android TV application, and desktop website, except mobile website. The users of mobile website can download the mobile application from respective Apple Appstore or Google Playstore, to play content natively. You can login up to 5 devices with 2 active screen play simultaneously

Package purchase does not include public exhibition rights


HOW TO LOGIN OR REGISTER USING FACEBOOK 

  1. 1. Open Vision+ app or visit Vision+ website on www.visionplus.id
  2. 2. Click Log in or Register, then select Log in with Facebook. 
  3. 3. If you're already logged into your Facebook account, a new window will appear requesting permission to access your Facebook profile. Click "Continue" to proceed. 
  4. 4. If you haven't logged into Facebook on your device, you'll need to enter your Facebook email/phone number and password. Once done, click “Log in” to continue.
  5. 5. Facebook will then ask for permission to access your account.
     

ACCOUNT DELETION PROCEDURE 

  1. If you no longer want to use our app and remove your account information, you can follow the steps below to delete your account : 
  2. 1. Open Vision+ app or visit Vision+ website on www.visionplus.id
  3. 2. Select your profile first. 
  4. 3. Go to setting, click on your user ID, and select "Delete Account" button. 
  5. 4. Read the rules carefully and make sure you agree by ticking the checkbox before deleting your account. 
  6. 4. Select on "Proceed to delete account" button after ticking the checkbox. 
  7. 5. Enter your password and click the "Delete Account" button. Your account then will be deleted.
     

PAYMENT METHOD IN VISION+ 
For this type of payment we provide several options, namely: 

1. E-Payment:     

  1. Transfer , you can make payments via bank transfer  
  2. Credit Card, for payment via credit card    
  3. Virtual Account, for payments through a virtual account. 

2. Credit, you can make payments via credit with the operator provider available on the Vision+ service. 

3. In App Purchase    

  1. Google Payment : Android device users, you can pay directly with one click via Google in App Purchase;     
  2. Apple Payment (IOS users only): can make payments viaApple in App Purchase. Renewal will be done automatically when the subscription package time period ends. You can stop the automatic subscription package by going to iTunes/Apple ID settings 24 hours before the expiration date. 

4. E-Wallet:    

  1. OVO, through the payment gateway that you can download on the Play Store.  
  2. SPIN, through the payment gateway which you can download on the Play Store. 


If you purchase the Services or Content on the Site, the User agrees that you will be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to credit card and billing information (“Personal Financial Information”), the User agrees that the Personal Financial Information will be provided to an independent third party company. third chosen by us (“Processor”). Where the Processor is responsible for collecting, transmitting and/or processing your Personal Financial Information and in some cases, for fulfilling your order, all payment obligations will be governed by the Processor's terms and conditions of service use and privacy policy. When you make a purchase from the Site, you warrant that you are authorized to make the purchase using the type of payment you provide to the Processor.
The method of payment may be changed from time to time to improve service to the User. Vision+ does not warrant and is not responsible for any loss or damage, in connection with or in connection with placing an order for the purchase of Services or Content on the Site through the Processor. Vision+ does not provide refunds for purchases you make on the Site. You are fully responsible for all transactions using Personal Financial Information, including, but not limited to all fees. You acknowledge and agree that in the event that the Processor commits a data breach that affects your Personal Financial Information, Vision+ will not be liable to you for such breach. Vision+ is not responsible for any illegal purchases made outside the Vision+ platform and its affiliates. Any account involved in such purchase may be subject to suspension or permanent ban. (This will refer to "TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION" clause.)


TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION 
The user agrees that Vision+ solely in its sole discretion, immediately, without cause or prior notice, may suspend, temporarily withdraw for a certain period of time and/or terminate:     

  1. These Terms and Conditions; and   
  2. Access to the use of the Vision+ Service, in the event that the User violates these Terms and Conditions.
    Without prejudice to changes/amendments to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Vision+ has the right at any time to suspend and/or terminate the Vision+ Service in the event that the User provides incorrect data or incorrect information to Vision+ at the time of registration, and discloses or misuses the Vision+ Service. Users may unsubscribe from the Vision+ Service at any time. For that matter, the User will still have access to the Service until the end of the Package validity period that you take. The customer understands and agrees that there will be no refund for the unused package validity period. You can find information about your membership on your account page.
