Vision+ Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") first before using the website visionplus.id ("Site"), Vision+ platforms and other features, such as features or content offered by Vision+ from time to time in connection with services. Vision+ (“Services”) operated by PT. MNC OTT Network (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Vision+ reserves the right to make changes to content and packages at any time. Users will not be notified of these changes. All content and packages remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to change in accordance with Vision+ policy.

By accessing or using the Service, it means that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments thereto in the future, and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (“Applicable Laws”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you will not be able to access the Service.

DEFINITIONS

  1. 1. Vision+ is an Over-The-Top service established by MNC Media Group through its subsidiary, PT MNC OTT Network.
  2. 2. Vision+ is a subscription service that provides subscribers with access to watch movies, TV series, and Live TV (collectively, “Content”) streamed over the Internet to computers and other mobile devices. Our Services also provide information about these movies, TV series, and Live TV (“Content Information”).
  3. 3. Users are every legal subject, both personal and legal entity, that uses Vision+ for their own purposes and has agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vision+ reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The user understands and agrees that such changes or amendments are automatically considered as part of these Terms and Conditions. You should read these Terms and Conditions regularly, as posted on the Vision+ Site and accessible via the link at the bottom of each page. By continuing to use the Site or Service after any changes, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.

FEES

You agree that Vision+ has the right to charge a subscription fee for each type of Service. We will notify you of any changes or increases in the subscription fee. If you continue to use the Service after the fee changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the change.

If Vision+ suspends or terminates your account for violating the Terms and Conditions, you are not entitled to a refund of the unused portion.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE

Users must provide correct, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration. The account is for personal use only and should not be shared. Users must be at least 17 years old to register.

Customers must purchase a Vision+ package to access Premium Content. Users can choose a monthly or yearly plan. Vision+ will notify the User if there is a change to the Package. You will have access to the Service until the end of the validity period of your current Package.

Package purchase does not include public exhibition rights.

LOCATION SHARING TERMS OF USE

By allowing Vision+ to access your device location, you agree to provide access to your location information. This helps deliver personalized content based on your location. Vision+ services are available only in selected countries, and location sharing helps determine if your location falls within our service coverage.

We ENSURE that any location data retrieved is collected securely and used solely for the purposes explicitly outlined, in accordance with our Privacy Policy

CONTENT PLAYING FUNCTIONALITY

Vision+ content can be played on iOS & Android apps, Android TV, and desktop websites, excluding mobile websites. Users can log in on up to 5 devices with 2 simultaneous active screens.

HOW TO LOGIN OR REGISTER USING FACEBOOK

  1. 1. Open Vision+ app or visit www.visionplus.id.
  2. 2. Click "Log in" or "Register" and select "Log in with Facebook".
  3. 3. If already logged into Facebook, a new window will appear requesting permission. Click "Continue".
  4. 4. If not logged in, enter your Facebook credentials.
  5. 5. Grant the necessary permissions to access your Facebook account.

ACCOUNT DELETION PROCEDURE

  1. 1. Open the Vision+ app or visit www.visionplus.id.
  2. 2. Go to your profile, then settings, and select "Delete Account".
  3. 3. Tick the checkbox agreeing to the rules before proceeding.
  4. 4. Enter your password and confirm the deletion.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

Vision+ may suspend or terminate access to the Service if the user violates these Terms and Conditions. The user agrees that Vision+, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate:

  1. These Terms and Conditions; and
  2. Access to the use of the Vision+ Service, if the User provides incorrect data, discloses or misuses the Service, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Users may unsubscribe at any time. The Service will remain accessible until the end of the current Package period. No refunds will be provided for any remaining validity period. Users can check their membership status on the account page.
